They have information available on programs in place to support school taxi transport. Government-funded transport assistance may be provided to students with transport if they are unable to travel to school via traditional bus services. For more information and the application process, please contact your school or local Department for Education.

How does a 13cabs School Run work?

If you are eligible for a Government-funded school run, this will be organised on your behalf and you will be notified of when the transport will begin. 

13cabs will arrange a regular Driver to transport the student to/from school each day. You will receive information on how to contact your local 13cabs School Run Specialist for any questions or feedback. 

If you are not eligible for a government-funded school run, our specialised team can assist you to set up a 13cabs Travel Account. 

What safety features does 13cabs provide?

Here at 13cabs, we prioritise safety to ensure all our passengers are transported with the utmost care. All taxis are fitted with CCTV technology and GPS tracking systems. Drivers have access to in-car alarm systems to alert our 24/7 Helpdesk of any emergency while on-road. 

All 13cabs Professional Drivers have mandated police checks as part of the Driver Accreditation process and are required to complete additional training to be a part of the 13cabs fleet.
