How it works.

How 13cabs works for NDIS Participants.

13cabs Travel Accounts are available for anyone with NDIA or Plan Managed transport supports.  By choosing a 13cabs Travel Account, you will be set up with a VIP code to book taxis by phone or online.

It takes around 5 business days for your account to be activated once we have received a signed service agreement. We will invoice your plan weekly, with 7-day payment terms. To get started with a 13cabs Travel Account, please complete the form below or email us at ndis@13cabs.com.au.

After more than 20 years providing mobility access for Australians with disability, we know one thing for certain; every passenger’s needs are different. That’s why we’re flexible when working with you to manage travel for your participants.

As a registered NDIS transport provider, we work directly with Support Coordinators and Participants to understand mobility needs and budget constraints, helping participant’s to make choices around their individual transport needs.

Am I eligible for a 13cabs Travel Account?

You will generally be able to access funding through the NDIS for transport supports if you are unable to use public transport without substantial difficulty due to your disability. You can refer to your individual NDIS plan to see if you have transport funding available.

Are you are a Self-Managed Participant?

Empowering you to use your transport funding and take control of your taxi travel needs. The Fastcard for NDIS Participants lets you easily access your NDIS transport funding and is suitable for budgets of any size.

Load up your Fastcard with an amount of your choice and store your Fastcard directly in your smartphone’s Digital Wallet or into the 13cabs app for contactless payment. Book via the 13cabs app or call us on 13 2227 and pay with your Fastcard at the end of your trip.
