Mandurah Taxis reveals it has partnered with 13cabs in order to deliver a better resourced and wider-reaching taxi service for the Mandurah community.
Mandurah Taxis new partnership with 13cabs will see its 38 taxis enhanced with distinctive 13cabs branding and supported with greater levels of service. A significant benefit of the partnership is access to Australia’s own 13cabs booking app.
Mandurah Taxis Business Manager Julie Murray said “Mandurah is experiencing unprecedented growth and the need for more transport options is well and truly here. We’re excited to be partnering with 13cabs because it means we’ll be able to better service the community and help get locals to wherever they need to go in town.”
Mrs Murray goes on to explain that Mandurah Taxis is still completely part of and dedicated to, the local community it serves.
“Our partnership with 13cabs boosts our already strong ties with the local community. By tapping into the incredible resources of a national company, we’re able to give people more convenient ways to book while retaining our existing workforce of local Drivers who know the town like the back of their hand. It’s a win-win for the community and the economy here in Mandurah.”
13cabs Western Australia Manager Peter Sourivong said, “We’re extremely excited to partner with Mandurah Taxis. We’re proud to provide locals access to Australia’s most recognised taxi brand, and in turn, our world-class technology within the 13cabs app and safety systems.”
“Whilst we do tap into the support of a national taxi service, the locals can be assured that our business will remain firmly established within the community.” Mrs Murray ends.
13cabs is now offering contactless deliveries of food, parcels and medical supplies through the launch of 13cabs delivers, an ‘instant’ parcel delivery service for local businesses and members of the community that are wanting their essential and non-essential items delivered.
Mandurah is the latest in a series of regional centres to benefit from a partnership with 13cabs following a successful rollout in Townsville and Toowoomba in Queensland and Wollongong in NSW last month.
On 24 August, Mandurah locals can access the new cab services by downloading the 13cabs app or by calling the 24/7 Contact Centre on 13 2227.
