Now accepting vehicle registration updates to rego@13cabs.com.au
To ensure all 13cabs vehicles have up to date vehicle registrations, we have implemented a new process. A big thank you to everyone who has so far used this new process after updating their rego!
You now receive:
- a message via your vehicle’s dispatch system every time you or your Driver log in for 30 days before the registration is due to expire
- an email 10 days before your vehicle’s registration is due to expire
- an email and dispatch message once your vehicle’s registration has expired –
if this occurs you will not be able to login to the vehicle
Once you renew your vehicle’s registration, you need to contact our Partner Care Team on 1300 025 302 or our new email address rego@13cabs.com.au to update your records in our system.*
If you do not contact Partner Care with proof of renewal before your vehicle’s registration expires, you will not be able to access the 13cabs dispatch system until you do.
Please keep in mind that our national Partner Care team currently operates from 8.30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday (AEST) so you will need to ensure your updates are done between these hours.
* Please note, the registration verification system takes 24 hours to update. If you need to update your vehicle’s registration immediately, you will be required to provide a receipt of payment.
