To get a 13cabs taxi from the airport, head to the general taxi rank at major airports like Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, and Perth. Airport transfers can’t be pre-booked just yet. For all other trips, you can book through the 13cabs App, website or phone on 13 2227.
Absolutely. You can add up to two extra stops, plus your destination and pick-up, when you book a taxi through the 13cabs App. Just tap the plus button when setting up your trip and enter each stop along the way.
Call us on our National Lost Property line on 1300 008 604 or our Contact Centre on 13 2227. For less urgent items, fill out a form online. Our team will contact the Driver. If they find your item, the Driver can deliver it to you as a paid trip, or you can pick it up from a 13cabs office for free.
Yes. Guide dogs and assistance animals are welcome in all 13cabs taxis. Our professional Drivers are trained to support you and your assistance animal. Just show your ID card or permit if asked.
Our Wheelchair Accessible Taxis (WATs) have ramps or lifts and secure tie-downs. You can stay in your wheelchair if it has anchor points for a four-point harness. If you’re using a mobility scooter, you’ll need to move to a seat before it’s secured.
Use the MyDriver feature in the App to save your favourite Drivers and book them again. You can add up to five Drivers in each city you visit.
Yes, we regularly update our website and App with new deals and promotions. Check back often so you don’t miss out.
