13cabs has identified suspicious activity that affected approximately 1.1% of our 13cabs and Silver Service app user accounts.
As an immediate precaution, we reset passwords on all affected accounts.
If your account was impacted, you would have already received an email and SMS from us with all relevant details.
No credit card or bank account information was taken.
